We finished up our striper trips on May 19, and began drum trips for about ten days and have no begun our daily sea bass trips. We will be sea bass fishing until the season closes on June 19th, and then we will begin our daily 8 hour fluke trips.
Not many bites today as the run is coming to an end, but boy were they big fish!These fish are the last big females to exit the river after their spawning run.
Rob, Bob, Bill, Bill, and Brian were aboard today for yet another great day on the bay!It was basically flat calm for most of the day and the rain thankfully held off till after everyone was on their way home.
Fishing was real good today with the guys having steady action all day on big bass with a beautiful catch of fish to 45 coming home today!Great job out there, guys!
It looks like this northeast wind raw damp pattern will hold through Saturday. Togging closes up on Saturday, but we are hoping to be in the bay striper fishing on Sunday.
The crew of Nick, Sonny, TJ, Nadine, Frank, and Russ fished their butts off through the slop. The fish didn't bite like mad dogs, but the crew made the best of the bites we got and boxed up 18 nice keepers including a beauty at 11.
